Professional Experience: In his professional career Mr. Hristo Andonov has been managing and participating in more than 120 M&A projects (legal due diligences, transaction structuring, related transaction documentation, including inter alia letters of intent / memorandums of understanding, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, share purchase agreements, and privatization agreements, escrow agreements, assistance in negotiations, etc.), numerous project financing transactions both on behalf of the financing party and on behalf of the financed party, real estate transactions, construction contracts, corporate and commercial cases, etc. He has also advised on the formation of over 100 companies, branches and representative offices of foreign investors in Bulgaria, including complex joint ventures.
